Currently in progress, this flex-space rooftop lounge is designed to function as both a tenant amenity and private event venue. Hudson & Nine envisioned this modern metro oasis, a completely convertible concept that can be transformed to accommodate a wide range of entertaining needs from casual coffee meeting in private pergolas and yoga classes on the “lawn”, to afterwork cocktails and sky-high wedding receptions.
