Hudson & Nine worked with PR agency, Zeno Group, to create an elegant sponsor reception for Arbor Day’s “ The Time For Trees” initiative launch. We created a rustic, nature inspired event concept, where greenery reminded attendees of the importance of maintaining our world’s trees. The event layout effectively utilized the meatpacking loft space, with an easy-flow area for cocktails and an intimate presentation space with social sized tables for natural networking following the program. Specialty cocktails and hors d’oeuvres were provided by our partner Cloud Catering.
